Frank Bartlett has been tortured, embarrassed and humiliated by his brother Bruce - usually on film - his entire life. Now that Bruce is finally off drugs and has turned his life around, things should be different. They are not. Frank and Lassie have had what may be the most awkward one-night stand in history. But making things worse, as usual, is Frank's brother Bruce, who has not only filmed their alcohol-fueled misdeeds, but put them up on the internet for everyone to see. The clock ticks as Frank is forced to go to extremes to try and save what is left of his dignity.
