Mood Indigo
Colin, an idealistic and inventive young man, falls in love with Chloe, who seems to be the incarnation of a Duke Ellington melody. Their perfect marriage goes awry when Chloe becomes ill after a water lily begins growing in her lung. In order to pay for her care in Paris, Colin must work under increasingly absurd conditions. At the same time, their apartment deteriorates and their entourage of friends, which includes talented Nicolas and Chick, a fanatic of philosopher Jean-Sol Partre, disintegrates.
